The company traces its origins to 2020, when founder Jinxian Joe began offering private diagnostic work to high-performance leaders under an earlier solo practice. That evolved into a formal company, then into Jin Xian Group Inc. as the MindKan platform emerged.
Core operations are based in Austin, TX, with active founder presence in Los Angeles to support investor engagement, early client activation, and cultural network development.
Our earliest traction came from leaders across these three cities — and our flexible footprint reflects the founders and ecosystems we serve.
